To process orders it's necessary to obtain your personal information. Except where otherwise legally appropriate we will treat your personal information as private. If you pay online using a credit card, the card details are not viewed by us or any person except you during the transaction. The details are encrypted and passed directly to the bank. We do not retain your credit card details.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - TAXES & DUTIES 
It is important to be aware that Custom policies vary from Country to Country. With this in mind you may be subject to overseas custom duties and/or other taxes. If such costs do occur, they are payable by the recipient. To minimise any surprises please be sure to check with your local customs office for further information prior to finalising your purchase.

LEATHER & CARE 
Leather is a natural material and therefore subject to change from hide to hide with daily use. Changes in colour of the leather and signs of wear are normal. Irregularities in this consistency and depth of the colour are not considered a fault but inherent of the natural beauty of the leather.  The natural dyes used in the vegetable tanned leathers can cause colour change under direct sunlight. The leather will naturally soften and darken with use. Ensure a minimum of 80cm between leather products and heating source.  An excessive build up of perspiration or body oils may cause discolouration of the leather.            

To care for your leather, avoid getting it wet whenever possible. If the leather should get wet, blot any excess moisture with a tissue and dry flat and away from a heat source. If the leather gets very wet, slight colour transfer may appear on paler furs but this will only be temporary. Should mud get onto the leather, wipe away with a warm damp cloth and leave to dry flat away from a heat source.      

We recommend protecting your Molly Barker Leather products with a high quality leather protector.  A quality leather protector cleans, nourishes, conditions, restores, polishes and helps waterproof leather, restoring original softness and extending the life of your leather. Always follow the manufacturers instructions. Molly Barker holds no responsibility of the use of external products such as (but not limited to) leather protectors.
