Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Please ensure delivery details are double checked before checkout as our system is an automatic dispatch system and orders cannot be amended once placed. Orders will typically arrive between 5 to 10 business days from date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process.
When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation which will include an order number and must be used when enquiring about your order. Once dispatched and tracking details provided, Molly Barker accepts no responsibly for delivery delays or loss of parcels. This must be pursued with the relevant shipping agent.
PLEASE NOTE: we do not deliver to PO Boxes, please provide us with a business or residential address.
We ship internationally to selected destinations only. International shipping costs will be calculated and added to your total order.
There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by Molly Barker. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office. Molly Barker will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed or lost shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to their size, bedding items cannot be shipped internationally.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Molly Barker wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on www.mollybarker.com.au, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:
- Proof of purchase at www.mollybarker.com.au must be provided
- All tags must be in tact and attached
- Item must be returned in original condition (no marks/stains/rips/smells/water damage/damage from misuse)
- Email email@example.com with the subject line Retuns.
Once your request for return/exchange has been approved, we will outline how to return your items and issue you with a Returns Form to fill out and post back to us with your items. When your items have been returned to our warehouse we will ship your new items or issue you with a store credit.
Please note we cannot refund or credit any shipping costs, and return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We don't offer refunds unless a product(s) are deemed faulty. To view our faulty items policy, please refer to the "Faulty or Damaged Items" section within this document.
POSTAGE OF RETURNS
Molly Barker does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking. We suggest sending returns via registered post, as we are unable to accept responsibility of parcels that are lost in transit.
PLEASE NOTE: Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange order is at the customer's expense and cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty by Molly Barker.

LEATHER & CARE
Leather is a natural material and therefore subject to change from hide to hide with daily use. Changes in colour of the leather and signs of wear are normal. Irregularities in this consistency and depth of the colour are not considered a fault but inherent of the natural beauty of the leather.
Our leather has NOT been treated with any form of protector. Substances such as water and/or oils may leave marks and stains on the leather and damage the hardware, therefore we recommend care be taken to avoid these. Refunds or exchanges will not be given where marks, stains or damage from oils/water are present.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Whilst we take pride in our high quality production process, sometimes things can go awry during manufacturing. Should this be the case, Molly Barker is happy to offer a full refund or exchange on the item. If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com with photos and a description of the faults before returning to us for a refund, or exchange. We will happily cover all shipping costs if an item is deemed faulty.
*We will NOT accept an item as faulty or damaged if there is presence of marks, stains, rips, smells, water damage including rust, or damage from misuse.
